US psychedelic occult rock/proto-doom band The Crooked Whispers featuring members of LáGoon, Hour Of 13, Luciferica and Fulanno will be releasing their debut album, »Satanic Melodies«, this Friday August 7th. »Satanic Melodies« will be available in digital format first, with physical releases on labels following soon.

“It’s a bad trip. The air is musty and the skulls are laughing. The screams say your name as the blade enters your chest. Down-tuned and dense is the atmosphere in the ritual room. Repentance is futile as the Devil licks up your legs. You enter his coven with open eyes and open flesh. The heaviness of His music opresses you into submission as the hopelessness takes hold. The only thing you can hear now are The Crooked Whispers,” says the band.
