Austin, Texas based psychedelic doom/stoner metal trio The Well will release their new studio album »…And Flames Ran Like Living Animals« this fall via Spaceflight Records.

The Well also announced their upcoming North American tour dates with Moon Destroys.

Says the band: “We’ve put the red bow on our fourth full-length album and are ready to deliver it to your doorstep.

East Coast, first rounds to you, with the mighty Moon Destroys joining the fun. West coast, Canada, Europe… THE WORLD… still to follow, so keep an eye peeled or leave us a comment yelling about why Anchorage, Alaska isn’t on here in the meantime. The Well is an Austin, Texas-based alternative psych/metal trio formed in 2011 by Ian Graham, Lisa Alley, and Jason Sullivan. Blending ’70s proto-metal, ’60s psychedelia, Southern sludge, and new wave, the band quickly built a strong reputation.

After releases including »Samsara«, »Pagan Science«, and »Death And Consolation«, and years of touring across the U.S. and abroad, The Well enters a new chapter in 2026 with Spaceflight Records. Their new album, »…And Flames Ran Like Living Animals«, is set for release in fall 2026.
