Turkish instrumental heavy psych band Kova releases their debut single »Firça«

Ankara/Istanbul, Türkiye based instrumental heavy psych band Kova stream their debut single »Firça«, released on January 10th, 2025.

Kova is a completely improvised noise demon summoned by four friends on the 21st day of the 4th month of the year 24 during a four-hour studio ritual.

What happens when four friends, who have been part of the blossoming Turkish stoner/psychedelic rock scene for years, sharing its struggles and dust with various bands, step into a studio, start improvising, and – miraculously – remember to hit the record button? The answer lies in this 10-minute improvised, heavy, noisy, and nefarious ode to smoke.
