Tzompantli releases special digital only EP »Temilotzin« today via 20 Buck Spin to coincide with Indigenous People’s Day!

Pomona, California based Indigenous death/doom metal collective Tzompantli presents their new digital only EP, »Temilotzin«, which was just released today, October 12th, 2026 via 20 Buck Spin.

»Temilotzin« is a special release to coincide with Indigenous People’s Day in 2026, showcasing the traditional music side that seeps into the death doom of Tzompantli in its full effect. There is no physical release at this time though one may yet surface in the future. »Temilotzin« can also be seen as a prelude to the forthcoming third Tzompantli album to come in 2027. A calm before the storm. All tracks on »Temilotzin« are exclusive to this release and will not appear on the next Tzompantli album.
