Birmingham, UK based doom/sludge band Jeremiah A.D. premiere their upcoming EP »Unfit To Lead« ahead of its official release this Friday, July 14th, 2023.

Jeremiah A.D. formed in 2012 after the doom band Moghul split, with Joe and Tom from Moghul/Dark Is The Water on guitar and drums respectively. Dez (Crashdown) joined on bass after absolutely loving the ideas they were throwing around. Not too long after they courted Ben (previously from nu-metal band Start The Hourglass and acoustic folk band Civil Disobedience) to be vocalist.

Jeremiah A.D. are not intentionally political but write about the world we exist in today. Their latest EP »Unfit To Lead« is essentially about what has happened to the band and the world around them since 2020, topics ranging from pure rage at the unnecessary deaths we all saw in the pandemic, to how jarring it can be to start a family, and the battle to keep an eye on your own mental health.

They wrote and recorded during 2022 with the help of their friend Nic Jones on engineering and mixing duties and Elliot Vaughan mastering.

Jeremiah A.D. are next playing Manchester, UK on August 28th supporting doom legends Froglord at The Peer Hat for the awesome lilith promotions, before supporting black metal royalty Syn Ze Sase Tri in Birmingham, UK on 1st September at Subside.
