“Untempered drone/doom/noise metal from England.”

Sub Ruinam is an underground doom and drone metal collective from Midlands in the UK. Known for their heavy, atmospheric, and slow-tempo sonic landscapes, the band’s sound blends heavy, down-tuned guitar walls typical of drone and doom metal with atmospheric, ambient textures.

The project has recently completed a rapid succession of album releases, including »Sub Ruinam I«, »Sub Ruinam II«, »Sub Ruinam III«, and »Sub Ruinam IV«. They primarily distribute their music independently through online platforms like Bandcamp.

Performed and recorded by Sub Ruinam.
