Kent, UK based sludge/doom/crust punk project Blunt Knife Castration drops the first single »Guilt Pig« taken from their upcoming album, »Blood & Oil«, which will be released on February 27th, 2026 via Remorseless Records.

Blunt Knife Castration is the sludge metal project led by Simon Bryant based out of Kent in the UK. Drawing influence from the sleaze and general smut of the horror movies and video nasties of the 70s/80s together with the underground extreme music of the 90s and 00s, BKC blends aspects of metal, noise rock, doom, crust punk and drowns them all in sludge.

Influenced by bands such as Buzzov•en, Brainoil, Today Is The Day, Dystopia, EyeHateGod, Swans, Cherubs, Leechmilk and Neurosis.

Blunt Knife Castration’s latest album »Live Fast Die Slow« was released in February 2025 through Remorseless Records on all streaming sites and CD.
