Ukrainian post-metal architects Azimut present their new full-length offering, »Znak« (Sign) – a dense, slowly pulsating sonic mass teetering on the bleeding edge of post-metal and sludge. Heavy, cold, and inevitable, this record serves as a premonition of the end, exploring human alienation, the severing of the material and spiritual, and the pre-apocalyptic state of the world.

“Azimut operates in a realm where heavy hits with purpose. It is a slow, tectonic shifting of post-metal vastness and sludge-weighted patience, refusing easy catharsis in favor of a thick, enveloping atmosphere that changes the very air in the room.” — The Obelisk
“Ideally, listening to Azimut should feel cinematic in an emotional sense: like walking alone through mountains at dusk, carrying something unnamed, while the landscape slowly begins to mirror your inner condition.” — Distorted Noize Zine
“This is music of a historical rupture and internal fixation. ‘Manifest’ by Azimut is not merely a collection of heavy riffs, but a profound psychological reflection of an individual attempting to maintain their integrity amidst ruins and total uncertainty.” — Neformat
