Cult psych rock group Uncle Acid & The Deadbeats are back in the ditch with their new single »Don’t Let It Control You« on Killer Candy Records.

Combining Fuzzrite guitars with driving Stooges piano, out of tune harmonies, Shadow Morton backing vocals and pulp horror lyrics, Uncle Acid continue to evolve in their own terrifying world. A blood soaked taster from their forthcoming studio album, »Don’t Let It Control You« see’s the band rip through 03.45 of psycho rock at chainsaw speed. The contrasting B side »Don’t Let It Control You Part II«, crawls along at a slower, hazier pace. An acoustic reprise filled with late night wurlitzer piano, distorted harp and oscillating feedback. This track is an exclusive and will not appear on the album or any other vinyl releases.

Limited to just 1,500 copies, the single is the bands first 7” release since »Pusher Man« in 2016, which reached #32 in the official UK Physical Singles Chart. To accompany this, the band teamed up with low budget B movie specialists Tinnitus Productions to produce an exclusive Super 8 music video.
