Montevideo, Uruguay based dark and ethereal alternative metal band Regina share a lyric video for their new single »Age Of Aquarius«, released on February 7th, 2025.

An ethereal yet heavy mantra, dark yet hopeful, foreshadowing the transition into the »Age Of Aquarius« (associated with innovation, humanitarianism, connection, and personal growth). »Age Of Aquarius« speaks of breaking free from previous structures to collectively embrace an elevated consciousness.

This single will be part of Regina’s debut album, an ambitious and conceptual project aiming to shake up the local scene and redefine what it means to be a rock band from Uruguay. The song’s sound is heavy, dark, and aggressive instrumentally, while featuring harmonious, ethereal vocals. It represents a moment of transition, shedding, and unity. Without abandoning the band’s roots, it ventures into darker, denser, more atmospheric, and heavier territories, highlighting a strong shift and a greater leaning toward alternative metal.
