Richmond, Virginia based doom/sludge metal band Anastasia is gearing up to release their debut album »Witnessed Tragedies« on August 26th, 2026.

Started by Nolan Volosevich, Anastasia is a doom/sludge group from the Richmond Virginia area. Named after the lost Romanov daughter, the band originally started as a flamenco project, but has since been rebranded. Anastasia consists of Nolan Volosevich (guitar, vocals), Allen Macuno (keys), David Landsness (bass, backing vocals) and Travis Hopkins (drums).
