Middletown, New York based doom/stoner/sludge trio Rooms Of Ruin featuring members of Cabal 34, Morpheus Descends and Casket Architects is back with their third full-length release, »The Dark Hollow«, which just dropped on February 21st, 2023.

Sludge metal forged on the polluted shores of the Wallkill river.

Formed in early 2011 as a side-project by Cabal 34 members Ken Faggio, Dave M. and Annie Terror when they wanted to explore a slow, sludgy sound exemplified by bands like Sleep, High On Fire, Electric Wizard, Neurosis, EyeHateGod, Celtic Frost and others too numerous to name. The band focused on lyrical themes drawn from author Stephen King’s Dark Tower series of novels. They recorded their debut CD »All Is Ended« in the fall of 2012. Their second full-length CD »Into The Black« was released in 2015.
