Boise, Idaho based metallic hardcore/doom/sludge act Throes has released a music video for the first single »Eat Glass« taken from their sophomore album, »The Colorless Light Of Emptiness«, due out on October 16th, 2026 via Church Road Records.

Throes are a crushing Boise, Idaho, based band formed in 2014. Drawing on sludge, metallic hardcore, and doom-steeped aggression, Throes has carved out a reputation for relentless heaviness and visceral live performances.
