Ancient Ruins is a metal band out of Orange County, California. All music and lyrics are composed by Paul Delgado the sole songwriter. Ancient Ruins is inspired by mythology and mysticism and how they coincide with existence and reality. Ancient Ruins is a mix of thrashing riffs and demonic vocals that explore the evolution of consciousness and the purpose of life.
