Meatwound is a heavy, noise-driven hardcore band from Tampa, Florida, known for their punishing sound that blends elements of sludge, industrial, and punk. Featuring former members of Combat Wounded Veteran and Holy Mountain, the band delivers crushing bass-driven riffs, pummeling drums, and feral vocals that channel the raw intensity of ’90s noise rock and metallic hardcore. Their music is dark, unrelenting, and drenched in dystopian atmospheres, making them a standout force in Florida’s underground heavy music scene.
