War Cloud premiere their brand new 80’s sleaze metal single »No Good To Me«, available now via Ripple Music
American proto-metal quartet War Cloud premiere their brand new standalone single »No Good To Me« to celebrate their return to the live shows later this month.
»No Good To Me« is available now via Ripple Music.
The band comments: “The new single is an homage to 80’s sleaze metal. We were jamming a ton of Y&T and Kiss’s »Animalize«-era to get into the headspace. The hooks those bands possess are massive and this is our nod to them. The line ‘everyone has got to have their vice’ is personal. I feel like everyone has one and it’s really weird to hear someone say they don’t. There’s a little devil in us all. The guitar melodies are an integral part of the bands sound. No dueling guitars = no War Cloud. We had a blast tracking with Jeff from Duel and Greg did a killer job mixing at getting those classic Marshall tones just right.”
»Fast Ride Through Texas« mini-tour kicks off next week:
10/20 The Deadhorse, San Angelo
10/21 The Lost Well, Austin w/ Duel and Rocky MTN Roller
10/22 Satellite, Houston w/ Duel, Warlung, Fostermother, Kill The Lizard
10/23 Hi-Tones, San Antonio w/ Duel and Rocky MTN Roller
