Houffalize, Belgium based instrumental sludge/doom/post-metal trio Oldd Wvrms is back with their new EP, »Douleurs Fantômes Vol I«, which was just released on August 29th, 2025.

What is it exactly, a new release? Are these new songs?
Well, yes & no. These are 3 are old songs from »Ignobilis« that we re recorded from scratch with the new line up, new gear and new spirit. We still play these songs, alongside the tracks from »Abysséphale« as our current live set and we felt like it was time to give them a new life through new recordings.

Is there a physical release coming up?
Nope, only available on Bandcamp, as we’re saving money for the release of our next album. Available on all streaming platforms within the next days/weeks.

As we speak, we are already working on new songs.

Anyway, to celebrate this release, we dropped the price on all our merch on Bandcamp, including vinyls!!! Unfortunately, we are not able to send any merch to the US right now…sorry.”
