Spoonfed on 90’s music this Belgian foursome came of age during the first stoner wave.
Each bringing their own ingredients. A cup of 60 – 70’s hard rock, a pinch of 80’s glam and a zest of guilty pleasures. Come and indulge in the feast that is this ferocious and powerful live unit as they feed on the energy emanating from the crowd.

Belgium’s fuzz-fueled groove machine Beaten By Hippies is back – and no, they didn’t break up, vanish, or join a commune (well, not full-time). They just got a little… sidetracked. The result? A brand new album with some new twists: »Sidetracked In El Paso«, landing May 23, 2025 on Polderrecords.

It’s been a minute since their self-titled debut in 2019, but they’ve returned with a sound that’s grown a beard, worn in the boots, and picked up a few stories along the way. Still riff-heavy, still groove-laden, but with a touch more grit and a whole lot more feeling. Call it desert rock with character.

This second album doesn’t hit you over the head – it invites you in, hands you a dusty beer, and plays you something that hits just right. It’s heavier in all the right ways, and looser where it counts.
