04. Collapse
Atmospheric funeral doom metal from Belgium by Lore & Déhà / since 2007.
Slow goes deeper into darkness: a dense funeral doom album full of atmosphere. The glimpses of light, appearing like a clearing in the sky, are just glimmer of hope before its inevitable descent into the unknown deep waters.
The band comments: “The wait is finally over. We are proud to announce our new album »Abîmes I«, to be released on December 8th 2023 through Aural Music, and offer you a first, brand new song: »Implode«.
»Abîmes I« opens a new chapter of funeral doom in the story of Slow. Raw and terrifying, with an analog sound that cuts through marrow and bone. Recorded by Déhà at the magnificent Blackout Studio, accompanied by a stunning painting from Maéna Paillet and a fitting new logo, it is sure to drag you further into the depths of the genre.
Leave all your hope behind, as you follow us down into the coldness of the oceans.”
