After four years of silence, Brazilian heavy psych band Black Nóia returns with their second studio album, »Noia Agonia«. The record takes listeners on a sonic journey through hypnotic riffs and percussive rhythms rooted in regional traditions, balancing heavy, slow-driven passages with tropical grooves.

Exploring the boundaries between stoner doom, sludge, garage rock, noise rock, and traditional Brazilian sounds – from samba to baião – the album delivers a raw and experimental fusion.

With two distorted basses weaving together alongside fierce percussion and tight drumming, Black Noia’s sound reaches a new level of intensity and identity.

Recorded in February 2025 at Electric Hill Studio in Petrópolis, it was mixed and mastered by Marvin Costa, with cover art by Fernando JFL.
