São Paulo, Brazil based southern/groove metal band Mothercow has released new single and lyric video »Southern Moshpit«.

Mothercow was formed in 2007, in the city of São Carlos, in the interior of São Paulo and based in Limeira.

In 2007 they released their first demo, some time later the band went on hiatus, resuming their activities in 2021 and with full force, working on their songs for an upcoming album, which was released in 2022, containing 11 original tracks, bringing to the world their first album, entitled »Death Before Defeat«, recorded at Nock Studio Alive, produced by Marcos Nock in the city of Limeira and with art by Bruno Sampaio.

Their most recent work is the EP »Baptized In Gasoline«, released in July 2024, containing six tracks. The title track won an official music video.

Their most recent release is the lyric video for the track »Southern Moshopit«, which was made available less than two weeks ago on the band’s official channel.
