Montreal, QC’s power trio Z-Cocoon has released their highly anticipated new EP »Angels«, available now as of June 6, 2025, via Earache Digital Distro. This third EP marks a major milestone for the band as their first full-band release since founder Marc Zolla transitioned the project from his solo moniker Pink Cocoon to a full-on trio with Michel Paradis (drums) and John Burton (bass).

»Angels« offers a fiery three-track dose of slashing guitar solos, savage blues-metal riffs, and melodic vocals that evoke the spirit of Dio, Pentagram, and classic doom. Recorded and mixed entirely in-house at Casa Cocoon, the EP channels lyrical inspiration from comics and raw personal experiences.

To celebrate the release, Z-Cocoon will hit the road this summer for a series of high-voltage live shows in Ontario and Quebec (listed below).
