Chilean psychedelic/space rock/krautrock band Astromelia releases a brand new single »Lighthouse«

Santiago, Chile based psychedelic/space rock/krautrock trio Astromelia has unveiled their brand new single »Lighthouse«, released on August 18th, 2023.

Astromelia is a psychedelic rock and krautrock trio formed in the city of Santiago, Chile at the beginning of 2019. The band is made up of Matías Epul, Rodrigo González and Alexis Gálvez.

Inspired by the legendary bands of the 60s and 70s, such as Hawkwind, Can and Neu!, Astromelia has managed to create a unique and experimental sound that fuses psychedelia with the minimalist elements of krautrock, incorporating a contemporary sound.

Astromelia continues to explore new musical territory, experimenting with textures and sounds, and challenging sonic boundaries.
