Virginia stoner/hardcore/crossover heavies Rust Lords release new EP »Suffer Eternal« this Friday!

Rust Lords is a heavy band from Northern Virginia combining the raw attack of hardcore and crossover with the crushing weight of doom.

Originally rooted more heavily in doom and stoner metal, the band’s sound has evolved toward shorter, more aggressive songwriting without abandoning the massive riffs, fuzz, atmosphere, and sense of dread that defined its beginnings.

Their new EP »Suffer Eternal« represents that collision at its most focused: hardcore momentum, crossover riffing and doom weight delivered without excess.

Colliding the aggression of hardcore with the weight and atmosphere of doom, this concept record is a journey through violence, destruction, and terror. »Suffer Eternal« brings horror to life in a compelling homage to classic films…see if you can guess which. »Suffer Eternal«’s 6 high energy tracks are loosely based on a collection of horror movies, while incorporating elements of real life angst and fury.
