Los Angeles, California based stoner/grunge/doom rockers Doomboyz premiere a music video for the latest single »The Reaper« taken from their debut album, »Evil Riffs From Los Angeles«, out on July 5th, 2024 via Wet Records in digital format with vinyl edition coming later this year.

The members grew up together in Topanga Canyon & Venice Beach, CA. In 2020, they kicked off work on their Debut Record »Evil Riffs From Los Angeles«. Tapping the talents of producers Sage SkoField and Venice Beach guitar legend Michael Jost, they completed the first four tracks in December.

Next, by recommendation of friend and Queens Of The Stone Age drummer John Theodore, the project moved to the expert care of Robert Adam Stevenson (QOTSA, Jeff Beck/Johnny Depp, Navarro/Hawkins/Chaney) for mixing and mastering.

In March 2022, Doomboyz entered Dave Grohl’s coveted Studio 606 to complete their LP, tracking on the legendary Sound City Neve 8028 console which has minted classic records for Metallica, Nirvana, Rage Against The Machine, Slayer and countless others.

Doomboyz summon an amalgam of sounds ranging from the sludgy hard rock of Alice In Chains, Danzig and Kyuss to the progressive influences of Opeth and Tool and of course, the crushing doom riffs of Black Sabbath and Sleep. Doomboyz released their first two singles »Lysergic Solution« & »The Reaper« in April & May 2024 via Regime Music Group having racking up over 35K streams and 100K+ views on their music video. Their debut full-length LP »Evil Riffs From Los Angeles« is set to release worldwide July 5th.
