Parisian fuzz friends Electric Jaguar Baby are back to melt amps and blow minds with their third and wildest full-length, Clair-Obscur, out September 5 via Majestic Mountain Records (home of Kal-El, Saint Karloff, and other loud things).

Recently, they’ve dropped a brand-new video for the fuzz-stomper »Bring Me Down«, featuring none other than Patrón himself. Yes, things get fuzzy and fancy. It follows previous bangers »My Way« and »Heroine« (with Acid Mammoth’s Chris Jr.), and the whole album is basically one glorious, noisy garage fire.

Electric Jaguar Baby, comprised of Franck (drums/vocals) and Antoine (guitar/vocals), blend garage, stoner, punk, psych rock and anything else they can crank through their fuzz pedals into a wild, electrifying ride.

Formed in 2015, EJB kicked things off with a fast-paced DIY ethic, releasing a new EP every year and hitting the road hard across Europe. Their raw, infectious energy landed them support slots with the likes of Death Valley Girls, L.A. Witch, and P3C, and culminated in their 2019 self-titled debut album. That release came on Slice Of Wax Records, in a flashy triple-vinyl collector’s edition, and was followed by yet another tour across the continent.

When the world came to a standstill during the pandemic, EJB went underground, quite literally, to craft their second album, »Psychic Death Safari«, a fuzz-drenched juggernaut released in 2022 on Ripple Music. The album earned critical acclaim, multiple vinyl pressings, and took them back on the road for their tenth tour, including gigs with Nashville Pussy, Sepultura, and Church of Misery. Known for their explosive live shows, the duo shredded stages from Berlin to Naples, Paris to Amsterdam, solidifying a reputation as one of the most exciting live acts on the European circuit.

Now, with their third album »Clair-Obscur« set to drop on September 5, 2025 via Sweden’s Majestic Mountain Records (Kal-El, Saint Karloff), Electric Jaguar Baby are gearing up for their boldest chapter yet. Over 45 fuzz-drenched minutes, the duo unleashes a tighter, bolder, and more adventurous sound, tearing through 11 unapologetic tracks that fuse garage rock, psych, punk, pop, vintage grunge, and more into a raw and electrifying experience.

Staying true to their punk and DIY ethos, the album was recorded live to capture the unfiltered energy that’s become their signature. Special guests include Lo aka Patrón (ex-Loading Data) and Chris Babalis Jr. (Acid Mammoth), each lending vocals to amplify the groove.

With an European tour in the works and their amps cranked to 11, Electric Jaguar Baby are primed to tear up stages once again, because the stage is, and always has been, their natural habitat. They’re revving louder than ever, and there’s no hitting the brakes now.
