A Sickness Unto Death was founded 2012 by Michael Maas and Tim Ziegeler. Hailing from the North of Germany, the band released 4 studio albums and one live concert video.

With their unique blend of doom metal, ambient music and atmospheric soundscapes the band made it into the famous “Doom Metal Lexicanum”, released in 2017.

The band has played several concerts and festivals in Germany, Switzerland and The Netherlands.
