Ultimately, It finds a lot of comfort and relief in nature and its beauty. Long and heavy sounds channels these heavy, dark thoughts into art and hermetically seals them away from the living.

The pain of trauma and the depths of humanity form the framework for GREH’s minimalist sound, which manages to create its own sound from just one guitar, drums and vocals that combines suffering and heaviness with groove and dissonance.
