Babona mastermind Tamás Rózsa says: “Babona’s latest album, entitled »Az Átkozott« (The Cursed), was originally planned as a three-track EP, but in the end it evolved into eight cursed compositions emerging from the raven’s quill.

The songs are impressions of the second half of 2025: the songwriting process began in September and lasted until early December. As has become customary for me, I did not record everything dozens of times; instead, I focused primarily on atmosphere and emotion. As a result, each song was recorded no more than three times. This is how the current fresh release came together.”
