International progressive doom metal band Akem Manah releases My Dying Bride cover »For You«

International progressive doom metal band Akem Manah, who recently signed with Black Lion Records, presents My Dying Bride cover »For You«. Featuring talents of Xavier De Schuyter (Hangman’s Hymn, Plagueland, Witherwill), Ed Warby (Ayreon, 11th Hour, Plan Nine, Gorefest, Hail Of Bullets), Guy Van Campenhout (Splendidula, Hangman’s Hymn, Wound Collector), and contributors such as Emanuel Portelli (Victims Of Creation, Hemplifier, Thy Legion).

The band comments: “It is a long wait until late Spring 2025, when the the new akem Manah album will be released on Black Lion Records. So, here is some My Dying Bride to pass the time. A tribute to one of the greatest bands in the genre.”

We are excited to announce our collaboration with the doom metal band Akem Manah!

Formed in 2007 in Belgium, known for its blend of progressive riffs and compelling melodies. They released two albums, »The Testament Of Sealant Mound« and »Beneath«, before disbanding in 2014.

We are thrilled to welcome them back as they prepare to release their new album in 2025. The band’s musical style and the members’ backgrounds align perfectly with our core family.
