Riftborn is a heavy art-rock project born from the tension between weight and wonder – where crushing riffs, cinematic atmosphere, and emotional vulnerability converge. Formed as a solo studio project, Riftborn emerged out of years of writing that blurred the boundaries between heaviness and introspection.

A year after »Skysplit«, Riftborn returns with »Obsidian Horizon« – a descent into darker terrain where weight and atmosphere merge into something luminous. These songs breathe heat and shadow, built from slow-burning riffs, fractured light, and the quiet pull of distance. If »Skysplit« was the sound of the sky breaking open, »Obsidian Horizon« is what comes after – the glow that lingers when the fire fades, and the earth remembers.
