We are very proud to announce the fourth album of the Mexican heavy doom band Consolamentum, titled »Ophitas« that will be released on October 20th for Invincible Records. The mastermind Martín Martínez aka Martin Xipe Totec (Xipe Totec, Yatrogeny, Miquian) gives us a journey that challenges conventional rock, eleven songs that sound like a perfect mix of Black Sabbath, Candlemass, Cathedral, Altar Of Oblivion, with tribal, transcendental sounds and references to pre-Hispanic culture, a one of a kind band, extraordinary, fascinating, surprising!
