Wales, UK based funeral doom metal veterans Pantheïst premiere a lyric video for the first single »The Final Journey« taken from their upcoming album, »Uncanny Times«, which will be released on October 30th, 2026 via Argonauta Records on deluxe double vinyl, CD and digital formats.
»The Final Journey« features guest guitar leads and solos by Frank Allain (Fen).

Atmospheric doom masters Pantheïst have revealed the full details of their highly anticipated new album, »Uncanny Times«, set for release on October 30, 2026 via Argonauta Records. The album will be available as a deluxe double vinyl, CD and digital release, marking the band’s next major statement in their ongoing exploration of darkness, transcendence and the human condition.
Alongside the album announcement, Pantheïst have unveiled the first track from »Uncanny Times«, »The Final Journey«, accompanied by an evocative new lyric video.
According to Pantheïst:
“»The Final Journey« is the track which set the tone of the whole album in motion. I wrote the music 15 years ago and then shelved it straight away in the hope I would find a vocalist who is worthy of singing it at some point in the future. My prayers were heard with Linda joining the band about a decade and a half later (you need to be very patient when you play doom metal). Once the lyric was written after a deep philosophical conversation with my friend Ricardo in Panama, the first and most decisive step towards »Uncanny Times« was made with this huge, epic album opener.” — Kostas, Pantheïst
