Peruvian acid doomers Rifle sign with DHU Records to release their debut album »Repossessed« on limited edition vinyl!

DHU Records is excited to annouce the signing of Peruvian acid doomers Rifle!!

“Rifle was repossessed in the winter of 2022 by the never ending need of recreating rock and roll music in an old school, psychotic & heavy way. Originally from the southern hemisphere (Peru) where its members got influenced by proto-punk and obscure rock, mostly unknown in the Peruvian scene.

The vibe of the album »Repossessed« is dark and its lyrics are about raising the spirit of rock and roll, fueled by drugs, demons, nature & music. The intention is to evoke a 70s raw record feel, but Rifle put a lot of effort in having their own sound as well.”

DHU Records will release »Repossessed« on Limited Edition Vinyl in 2023.
