Polish doom metal band Blind God premiere their debut two-track EP, »Ex Oblivione«, which was just released this Friday, April 8th, 2022 via Galactic SmokeHouse.

Blind God – Celtic Frost worshiping Subcarpathian Doom Metal!

Blind God is a band formed back in 2019 in Rzeszów, Poland by 3 friends sharing the same love for playing slow and heavy riffs. After 2 long years of searching for the right drummer, the band formed its final line-up and began turning the riffs into songs. 2 of which you can listen to on their first promo, »Ex Oblivione«. The band’s music is bordering on traditional doom metal with a splash of stoner/doom/sludge, heavily inspired by the legendary Celtic Frost. UGH! The lyrics and the main theme of the band is based on the works of H.P. Lovecraft.

Their debut »Ex Oblivione« consists of 2 tracks, »Ex Oblivione« and »Summoning«. Recorded at Lunar Sound Studio in Rzeszów. Mixed and mastered by Haldor Grunberg from Satanic Audio. Logo and cover art created by Alicja Gołębiewska, photo shoots by Karolina Tyrańska. Released by Galactic SmokeHouse, through which a physical distribution in the form of audio cassettes will also be coming soon.
