Warsaw, Poland based stoner/doom metal band Smoke Rites premiere the second single and lyrics video »Nothing Never« taken from their upcoming full-length album, which will be released in September 2025.

Smoke Rites draws inspiration from bands such as Black Sabbath, Sleep, Crowbar and High On Fire. The band was formed in the fall of 2020 in Warsaw, Poland

The new single »Nothing Never« is a story of indifference, resignation and atrophy. It is a tragedy of a heart of stone and a hollowed-out soul. Overcooked, desensitized and deprived of the remnants of empathy for the world and people. It is a cry of despair and a warning.

The new album is scheduled for release in September 2025.

The single was recorded at Smoke Rites HQ, under the watchful eye of Adam Ziolkowski, who is responsible for mixing and mastering the track.

Smoke Rites released their debut EP entitled »The Rite Of The Smoke« in 2021. It gathered positive reviews both at home and abroad. In March 2022, they recorded their first studio album »Total Lung Capacity« in Warsaw’s Santa Studio with the help of sound engineer Arkadiusz “Malta” Malczewski. Since then they have played a number of concerts alongside the likes of Bongzilla, O.D.R.A., Artillery and many others.

The previous single was »Death Is A Five Letter Word« with guest appearance from TOŃ vocalist Monika Adamska-Guzikowska. Listen to the song on all major streaming platforms.
