UK heavy rock band Sergeant Thunderhoof drops the new single »You’ve Stolen The Words« taken from their forthcoming album, »This Sceptred Veil«, out on June 3rd, 2022 via Pale Wizard Records. This is the first full-length album since 2018’s »Terra Solus«.

Drawing on the ancient myths and legends of the South West of England, Sergeant Thunderhoof return with the colossal epic »This Sceptred Veil«. Recorded in their home town of Bath (UK) by Josh Gallop (Phoxjaw) and mastered by Tony Reed (Mos Generator), this new LP sees the band explore darker and denser territory than their previous albums.

»This Sceptred Veil« represents the beginning of a new trilogy. A colossal, brooding and personal collection of songs which delve deep in to the mythos of “The Hoof” whilst exploring new textures and lyrical themes. For the first time the band is consciously incorporating their local landscapes, history and myths in order to broaden the world in which they have been writing about since 2013.
