Singapore doomgaze/post-rock band Aerial presents a brand new single »Wait For Dawn«, released on June 13th, 2025.

Formed in 2018, Aerial emerged from the underground rock scene as an independent band from the tiny island of Temasek as ardent exponents of hard rock accentuated by a little nusantara flavour – a style the band proudly brands as ‘Rock Temasek’.

As they evolved, Aerial began to incorporate post-metal elements into their sound, creating a unique blend of heavy, atmospheric music that retained their hard rock roots while exploring deeper, more complex themes. Their music now features expansive soundscapes, combining crushing riffs with haunting melodies and ambient passages, reflecting themes of existentialism and nature.

In June 2024, Aerial released their transformative EP titled »Alter«, which marked a significant milestone in their musical journey. The standout track, »Transcend«, is a captivating song that takes listeners on a journey of introspection and emotion. With haunting melodies and evocative lyrics, it creates a mesmerizing sonic landscape that inspires feelings of nostalgia, wonder, and awe. »Transcend« is a transformative experience that invites listeners to explore the depths of their consciousness and embrace the quiet dark journey.
