Swedish post-metal/sludge quartet Kollaps\e stream the first single »Era« taken from their upcoming EP

Helsingborg, Sweden based post-metal/sludge quartet Kollaps\e is streaming the first single »Era« taken from their upcoming EP.

The band comments: “We are about to finish our EP recording and we are super stoked!! So to celebrate this we will release the first track »Era« as a single. It’s our first new release in a long time and it’s the first one in Swedish. It’s about being controlled and stripped down and hollowed out by powers at be. Kollaps\e is a 4-piece post-metal/sludge band from Helsingborg, Sweden. The band started in 2018, inspired by Breach, Cult Of Luna, Neurosis, The Ocean, Russian Circles, pg.lost, Novarupta, The Moth Gatherer, Burst, Will Haven amongst others.

In September 2020 Kollaps\e released their first single »Murrain« and the response was pretty overwhelming. Due to the Covid-19 outbreak they couldn’t rehearse during the lookdown, so they started recording at home and the result became »The Pandemic Sessions« EP. »The Pandemic Sessions« was released on January 29th, 2021 and is available on all major streaming platforms.
