Dorset, UK based 2 piece The Dukes Of Hades is the brainchild of Gareth Brunsdon (Eternal (pre Electric Wizard), Spirmyard, Sludgefeast) and Steve Lynch (The Electric Shakes, Teaspoonriverneck, Burg & The Vagabond Choir).

Taking the buzzsaw influence from early Swedish death metal bands such as Entombed and adding their own brand of death n roll and combining it with a brutal fuzzed out assault of sludgey doom riffage and some heavy ass pummelling drums, using mythological leanings to the underworld and it’s reference to today’s climate, whilst screaming about the atrocities and injustice we have to endure.

Think Melvins, Clutch, Sourvein, Weedeater or even the leanings of early TPOTUSOA, Orange Goblin and Fu Manchu getting fucking angry whilst high and losing their minds… but ultimately having fun.
