UK stoner/groove metal outfit Struck/Down unveils new single and music video »Our Decline«

Canterbury, UK based stoner/groove metal outfit Struck/Down has unveiled new single and music video »Our Decline«, released on October 25th, 2024.

Says the band: “Enter the arena with us as we take you from the ambient to the crushing in one of our most dynamic songs to date. We’re incredibly proud of it and can’t wait to share it with you all.”

Struck/Down are a 5 piece modern metal/groove metal outfit from the heart of Kent, with clean vocals and heavy riffs. Drawing on their shared love of classic groove metal and modern metal, the band isn’t afraid of utilising other genres in allowing them to make the music they want to. Notable influences for all members include: Killswitch Engage, Machine Head, Mastodon, Gojira and Lamb Of God.

The band released the 5 track EP »From Demons« in Nov 2021 having performed at Bloodstock Festival that year. 2023 saw the follow up EP »To Witches« get critical acclaim from the likes of Metal Hammer and ERB.

2024 shows no sign of slowing down with the releases of »Wither & Buckle« and »Kingdom Of Glass« already! As well as supporting Raging Speedhorn at The Booking Hall in Dover.

2025 is already shaping up to be huge for Struck/Down with shows at Chalk and an album due for release late in the year!
