St. Paul, MN’s rising doom/death metal force Red Vinter delivers another crushing blow with »K.I.A.«, a standout track from their full-length debut »Lumbering Menace«. Following the thunderous title track and its video release, »K.I.A.« showcases the band’s signature mix of pummeling riffs, bleak atmosphere, and raw emotional intensity.

For fans of Monolord, Godflesh, and Obituary, Red Vinter brings a sound that is both heavy and haunting—rooted in sludge and death metal, but pushing into cinematic and post-metal territories.

To celebrate the album’s release, Red Vinter will host an official record release party on Saturday, July 26 at Club Underground in Minneapolis – a must-attend for fans of heavy, atmospheric metal.

Red Vinter continues to rise in the metal underground following the success of their previous EP, »Into The Deep«, which earned Album of the Month for May 2025 from Metal Digest.
