Witchthroat Serpent premiere the second single »The Fall Of Whitewood« off the »Doom Sessions Vol. 666« split album

Toulouse, France based stoner/doom metal band Witchthroat Serpent premiere their brand new track »The Fall Of Whitewood«.

»The Fall Of Whitewood« is the second single taken from the »Doom Sessions Vol. 666« split album featuring Dead Witches, set to release on June 18th, 2021 via Heavy Psych Sounds Records.

Says the band: “A bit of story has to be told about these two songs. Gabriele (HPS guru) contacted us during summer 2020 and submitted the idea of participating to the doom session series along with Dead Witches. At this time we were working hard on our 4th full-length planning to record it in 2021. As we didn’t want to extract some songs from the upcoming album we decided to write 2 new songs dedicated to this split. So here you can find our latest work to date. These two new tracks deal with the theme of human sacrifice and mass manipulation.
»The Fall Of Whitewood« is inspired by the movie »The City Of The Dead« for the fictional side and Cyanide-laced flavor is inspired by the biggest mass suicide ever, the famous Jonestown massacre perpetrated by Jim Jones and the People’s Temple cult.”
