Bulgarian psychedelic/space rock band Tickle The Sage share visualizer video for new single »Okeana«

Sofia, Bulgaria based psychedelic/space rockers Tickle The Sage have released their new single »Okeana«, accompanied by an official visualizer video created by the band.

»Okeana« is now available on all major streaming platforms!

The track arrived on March 6th, 2026, just four months after the release of the band’s debut full-length album »Journey«, which came out in November 2025.

»Okeana« is a psychedelic rock ballad telling the story of a man stranded on an island who returns to the shore every night, waiting for his people to appear beyond the horizon. The song explores themes of solitude, hope and the sense of connection with something beyond the visible world.

The music and arrangement were written by Tickle The Sage, with lyrics by guitarist Ivan Petkov. The track was recorded by Ognyan Georgiev together with the band, who also collaborated on the final production. Mixing and mastering were handled by Georgiev.

Continuing their independent creative approach, the band also produced the visual component of the release themselves. The artwork and visualizer for »Okeana« were created by guitarist and vocalist Alex Nikolov.

Tickle The Sage are a psychedelic rock band from Sofia, Bulgaria. The group has previously shared the stage with the American psychedelic rock trio King Buffalo and will perform alongside Greek stoner rock band Planet Of Zeus on March 12 at club Mixtape 5 in Sofia.
