Wrocław, Poland based sludge/post-metal outfit MuN presents their fifth and final full-length album, titled »Utra«, which was just released on April 10th, 2026.

MuN commented: “Soon it will be a decade since our debut, »Axis Mundi«.

We wanted to culminate this with a grand culmination in the form of a comprehensive concert combined with the release of a new album and share our plans for the future with you.

Unfortunately, the harsh reality has derailed our plans.

Over the past few years, a lot has been happening behind the scenes regarding organizational matters, but primarily, we have been struggling with the issue of a guitarist for a long time.

Despite our best efforts, we have been unable to fully stabilize the lineup to return to full-fledged and regular touring.

In the current situation, we see no possibility of continuing to operate at the pace we would like, and therefore, after almost exactly a decade since the formation of the first lineup, we have decided to suspend the band’s activities indefinitely.

As a farewell, we would like to share with you our fifth album.

»Utra« is the result of work over the past two years with Michał Fabiniak on guitar.

Of course, we planned much more for the release – singles and a CD release. However, due to the current situation, the album will only be available for streaming in digital format.

We’d like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all the kind souls we’ve had the pleasure of crossing paths with over the years.
