Memorandum is a funeral doom metal solo project from Quebec City, Québec (Canada).

With »Enrobée, pour toujours«, Alice Simard (R’luhh, Turpitude, Codex Crudelitas, Coffret de Bijoux, Crasse Intraveineuse, Decarnata, Luminesce) returns with a vengeance with her intensely heavy project: Memorandum. Here, forget high BPMs – the approach favors slow, weighty tempos, enriched by virtuosic passages, particularly on solo guitar. The work is characterized by a dense and immersive atmosphere, enhanced by the collaboration with Finnish musician Eetu Hernesmaa (Vitrified Entity, Gn0sis, Brainblast, Decarnata), whose keyboards and orchestrations are exquisitely executed. Whatever the style explored, Alice always delivers an intense and controlled performance, driven by a strong and coherent artistic vision.
