León, Mexico based stoner/grunge power trio Motherloud has recently released a music video for »Theme Of A Madman« taken from their debut album, »Obey The Riff«, out on August 1st, 2025.

Motherloud is a stoner/grunge rock band from León, Guanajuato, Mexico. Founded in 2022, the band’s sound is based on unpretentious guitars, thunderous bass, powerful drums, and vociferous vocals. It’s a challenging, raw sound, with high volume, dirty feedback, and stark, philosophical lyrics about life.

Motherloud first started in 2016 under the name Allen’s Wrench (taken from a Kyuss song). After playing for a couple of years, they took a long break to pursue side projects. In 2022, the project was revived, now as Motherloud, to give it a more defined identity.
