Prague, Czechia based pagan doom metal band Colosalist will release their debut album »Two Suns« on vinyl in August 2026 via Pařát Productions.

»Two Suns« was officially released on September 9th, 2025 via Hoggorm Music.

First album by Czech pagan/doom metal band Colosalist will be released on LP via Pařát Productions!

Petr Staněk (Petter Stanek), who has lived in Norway for many years, was the frontman of Czech iconic metal band Silent Stream Of Godless Elegy from 1995 to 2001, with whom he recorded three seminal albums in the history of Czech doom/death metal.

Petter initiated the formation of the originally studio-based band Colosalist in 2013. I was already thrilled by the release of the four-song digipak »Pass Into Oblivion« (2014). Even more exciting was Colosalist’s participation on the tribute album for Dissolving Of Prodigy (2018) and the major release of the »Two Suns« digipak (September 2025), prior to which Colosalist had become a live band featuring three original members of Silent Stream Of Godless Elegy.
