Swedish band Crucella return with »Descensum«, a dark and atmospheric single blending melodic doom metal with progressive intensity.

»Descensum« is the latest single from Swedish band Crucella, combining melodic doom metal with progressive elements. The song moves between calm, atmospheric passages and sudden bursts of intensity, reflecting its dark narrative.

The song was the fourth composition completed by the band. Its lyrics draw inspiration from La Quintrala and American Horror Story: Coven, shaping a dark narrative that the music closely follows. Moments of relative calm gradually give way to a growing sense of panic, capturing the feeling of being trapped in a personal hell.
