Suwałki, Poland based post-metal band Theta presents their debut album, »Change«, which was just released on September 11th, 2026.

Theta is a five-piece post-metal band based in Suwałki, Poland. The group consists of members who are active in the local Polish alternative music scene. The band utilizes Polish-language songwriting mixed with their original music and atmospheric instrumentation.

Theta released their debut single and official visualizer »Endless« on August 21, 2026. The second single and music video »Abyss« was released in late August 2026 as a follow-up to preview their debut album, »Change«, out on September 11, 2026.

The album is now available on YouTube and all streaming platforms with physical CD available soon. Mixing, mastering and artwork by Theta.
